Cancellations & Order Modifications
At Shop Isabelle North, we process orders very quickly to ensure fast handling and preparation.
Because of this, we are usually unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
If you need to request a cancellation or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will do our best to assist you, however modifications cannot always be guaranteed once the order has entered processing.
Note: A standard $2 transaction fee is non-refundable.
Refunds
Refund requests are only accepted in the event that the delivered item is damaged or defective.
To request a refund, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with the item.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

The customer made a mistake when placing the order, including but not limited to:

selecting the wrong product

selecting the wrong size or variant

ordering the wrong quantity

misunderstanding the product description

The customer decides to cancel the order after payment has already been completed.
Returns & Refund Processing
To be eligible for a refund, the item must first be returned to us.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you may qualify for:

store credit
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 2–7 business days.

Damaged Items During Shipping
While we carefully prepare every order, accidents can happen during transportation.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

In most cases, returning the damaged item will not be required.
Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning an item, you must use a trackable shipping service.
If a trackable shipping method is not used, we cannot guarantee that the return will be received, and therefore the refund cannot be processed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information when placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible and a full refund cannot be issued.
However, we may be able to reship the package, provided that the customer covers the new shipping costs.
